Respite

UCDD partners with the Tennessee Respite Coalition to provide temporary relief for caregivers and families. It is a service in which care is provided to individuals with disabilities and other special needs.

Respite vouchers are provided on a one time basis. Caregivers are able to hire a friend, relative or another individual to assist in caring for their loved one while providing a break for the caregiver.
