SENIOR CITIZENS CENTERS

There are twenty Senior Centers fourteen counties of the Upper Cumberland region. These centers link older persons with services available through social service agencies and offer myriad of activities on a dailly basis.

Services provided at the centers include visitation, physical fitness, health screening, advocacy, telephone reassurance, information and assistance, leisure activities, outreach, education, recreation, volunteer opportunities, and intergenerational activities. Most centers offer congregate meals.
