TRANSPORTATION

The Upper Cumberland Area Rural Transit System (UCARTS) provides transportation services to all residents of the Upper Cumberland with priority being given to older persons and other adults with disabilities and low income. The system provides rides to doctors, grocery stores, county offices, nutrition sites, senior centers, etc.
